| Comments: Seller advised he could not supply the item won, and agreed to make a refund. Although I have attempted to contact him four times by email and twice via phone (no answer), I have not had a response or refund to date (auction closed 8/27/05). I am filing a complaint with Postal Inspectors. |

| Comments: No response to e-mail, or to two different phone numbers, (left message on one). No response to "Auction Arms" inquiring. Unhappy with the whole transaction. This is no way to run a railroad!!!! |

| Rebuttal: It would be great if people paid attention to the payment instructions. He makes it sound like I took his money...NOPE! Failed to follow instructions , and, so, his money is sitting in the PAYPAL system somewhere. Maybe you should leave yourself BAD FEEDBACK. |
