| Comments: we offered a refund on a gun that he was unhappy with, or rather, the person he showed it to didn't like. demanded that we pay his transfer fees. payment was prompt, however not the case for the FFL. please remember, the blue book does not actually buy & sell guns. |

| Rebuttal: Seller rated gun at 98% despite NUMEROUS flaws/RUST. Gun appraised at 90%, but seller maligns appraiser. He offered refund + initial shipping, but I would have eaten $70 in transfer fees + return shipping, AND he would have had my money + the gun! Sold the gun locally and took a beating - CROOK!! |
