| Comments: Auction closed Nov 20th, no contact from customer after sending winning auction email. Sent reminder emails on Dec 4th and Dec 10th, still no reply from customer. Have no choice but to relist with negative for relist credit. |

| Comments: Deadbeat buyer. Agreed to pay after inital contact. Then says can't pay due to delayed IRS tax rebate. Since then does not respond to e-mails or FAX's. Listed phone number is really a fax #. |

| Rebuttal: I e-mailed the seller and offered to pay for his listing fees. I told him that I would not be able to complete the auction. He never e-mailed me back to give him a total. I am not a deadbeat or I would have not offered to pay his fees. |
