| Comments: Guy was nice enough to call and let me know he was not following through. I think he was confused as to what he was actually bidding on as he thought as he made many excuses as to why he could not finish the deal as agreed. |

| Rebuttal: This was my first experience with Auction Arms and I really didn't know what I was doing. Since then, I went out and got my own FFL and have a pretty good idea what it's all about now. The feedback left was "right on the money". Springer2's feedback was fair and considerate. |
