| Comments: On 11/14/00 I sold a Rem No 2 Sporting Rifle to Derrell. I notified him of my name,address, and telephone number and gave him a price on shipping of the gun. Later he emailed me and asked the caliber of the gun. On 12/06/00 he refused payment. |

| Rebuttal: Read the negative responses posted on him by other buyers. He also emailed me on 11/16 that he had sold the gun. As I said beware of this seller. |
