| Comments: YOU DECIDE - Claimed was “very clean used.” Shipped by third party, not seller. Cleaned out black fouling, found badly pitted bore. Seller said did not inspect first. Had me return to owner who refunded bid price. Seller would not return email or phone calls. I.m out $41.35 shipping. Relisted. |

| Comments: skinnycat listed and sold me a rifle that actually belonged to someone else. There was a problem with the rifle due to improper shipping and no insurance. skinnycat basically washed his hands of the matter and left me to deal with the owner even though he listed it. Owner did give me refund. |

| Rebuttal: You are aloud to sell for other people. The owner said he would take care of this, he is a long time gun dealer, so the matter was turned over to him. It is always best not to have a third party invovled in a case like this. Money was fully refunded with no questions asked. |
