| Comments: Unfortunately to receive relist credit, I must leave neutral feedback for Fred. What occurred: I said in the auction that a FFL is needed for purchase. Fred bid mistakenly thinking he could use a C&R FFL. After determining the rifle didn’t qualify as a C&R, Fred didn’t complete the purchase. |
