| Rebuttal: Gun was describe accurately - with photos. If he had questions the time to ask was before he bid - he made his first - and only - bid on this auction at the last possible minute of the auction. There was no return period for this auction. He knew the rules - but now he wants to rewrite them. |

| Rebuttal: Actually, I did send my payment. It was returned as undeliverable to the address given. I contacted the seller via email to double-check the address. I never heard back from the seller. What else should I have done? |
