| Comments: JC, hope you read this,have sent 8 emails providing payment remittance instructions.Auction Arms has confirmed delivery of the 4 sent through them. The ones sent to the email address provided by AA came back as undeliverable.Is this some type of game? |

| Rebuttal: I did not receive a winning bid notice from the Auction Arms automated system and therefore was unaware that I had actually won. I also did not receive any email messages from the seller.
