| Comments: Zero communications, It's been three days short of a month sense I won this auction and the shotgun has not been delivered, No return calls, No return E-mails. I will be notifying the ATF and their local law enforcement, Along with the proper authority's for mail fraud. |

| Rebuttal: You got two rifles and numerous (unlisted) spare parts/spare sights and breech plugs with order. The item in question was that you got the wrong ramrod for one rifle. I provided the manual you requested/ I assume you did not pay for this since manufacturer provides for free. |

| Comments: Neglected to tell about the crack in the frame, the mushroomed nipples, or the distorted hammer. I had to buy a new cylinder, hammer, and main spring and reweld the frame just to get it to shoot..... |

| Rebuttal: Normally what a buyer does is asks for a refund, returns the item, and gets a refund. You either don't understand this or prefer to complete the repairs then whine, as I never received such a request. To any other buyers: I have never refused to give a refund, but can't give one if you don't ask. |

| Comments: Action closed 14 days ago. On the following Monday a cashiers check and FFL were mailed to the seller. Upon inquiry I am now informed that the gun has not yet been shipped. Seller promises to ship next Monday. |

| Comments: Description not accurate. Severe pitting almost trough the receiver sides and no finish other than rust. Guess that's why no pictures. I had hoped for a restorable action but this is a paper weight. |

| Comments: Auction 1579930. Pistol arrived with 40% surface rust and no factory adjustable rear sight as advertised. Also had poorly installed aftermarket front sight not mentioned in ad. Seller failed to sign FFL, would not respond to e-mail after sale. Demand clear photo(s) if dealing with this seller. |

| Rebuttal: Have not recvd complnts from you ;40%rust is bunk.Rear sight purchsed frm EAA when they were in Hialeah,.They sold it; assumed was factory.Front was on when I got gun; You will find it shoots accurately.Signature not reqrd on seller FFL; required on the license from purchaser.Only paid $200. |
