| Comments: Neutral is the best that I can give. Part is VERY good. Price was great. Shipped in quailty conditions. Speed and response to sale and later comunication was lacking. Took 3 weeks to get a small part. Expected better. |

| Rebuttal: Took about week and half to get check/apparently did not get emails about where to send check. The part you received wasand good quality and i doubt it could be replaced similar price anywhere else.You must have a pretty good life is this is all you have to complain about. |

Mistakes are made; I am always amazed how eager people are to be negative without providng an opportunity to correct the error or offer a financial rsolution. This was a $5.00 item. Do you want a refund? |

| Comments: Other than the fact that the pistol I got was a Kentucky pistol, not the Trapper pictured and advertised, and that it took several e-mails on my end to find out when it was going to be shipped, I guess that I got some pistol finally, makes it OK. |

| Comments: Gun as described, but seller was VERY slow to ship. Rec. money order 6/30, but didn't ship until JULY 20th! Emailed him 7/13 but he didn't respond. Contacted Auction Arms 7/16 and they emailed him. Tried calling 2-3 times and got his wife. She said it was shipped but didn't know when. It came today. |
