I won a gun on May 7th sent M.O. same day.I did not receive item in 3 weeks then I started getting the run around he did not have the gun any more so would give me refund. That was 2 mo. ago, will not communicate man is liar. |

| Comments: As of 2/3/09(9:40pm) I have not received this item. Auction Arms-Terms & Conditions, states: "The Seller must ship the item via traceable means upon receipt of payment within 5 Business Days". The check cleared my bank on 1/2/2009 over a month ago. |

| Rebuttal: SENT PER CK,CLEAR MY BANK 8 JAN HE HAS RECIEVED GUN,SINCE HE WAS PRIOR BUYER,WANTED ME TO CK WITH ESATE AND SEE IF ANYTHIN ELSE WAS AVAILBLE,KNEW IT COULD TAKE 2 WEEKS,DURING THIS TIME,I HAD EMERGENCY HEART SURGERY AND HE WAS FULL AWARE OF SHIPPING DELAY,ADVISE NO PROBLEM,MY THANKS FOR GIVING DEALS. |

| Rebuttal: BOUGHT GUN ON BUY IT NOW SAT,LAYAWAY,GIVES ME BAD FEEDBACK BECAUSE OF TODAY,HE HASNT RECIEVED PAYMENT,NO MENTION OF A 2 DAY AIR PAYMENT,I TOLD HIM IN E MAIL WOULD SEND PAYMENT THIS WEEK,ALL THIS GUYS FEEDBACK IS FROM 1 PERSON,PROABLY DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE GUN,CHECK MY SALES AND FB,DONT DEAL WITH. |
