| Rebuttal: told me had to ship ffl dealer in fl to ffl dealer in Oregon atf said no way have to do that just send gun to Oregon to ffl dealer with drivers liscense. he just refused to pay for gun he bid on a scammer |

| Comments: The father of the seller sent me a text message with curse language and threat me to be black listed from this site. I told him that I can not purchase the gun because it is illegal in the state of CAL if the gun is not through FFL01. I have the fund to pay him but I do not want to break the law. |

| Comments: Straight forward close out, BUT watch his descriptions. 8 photos of a Smith in a box but no box included when shipped. Didn't say it was, but didn't say it wasn't either. Revolver so gummed up it wouldn't cycle. Could have said "needs a good cleaning" but he didn't - BUT he knew it. |

| Comments: BUYER BEWARE! listed as pinfire gun, pix weren't loading so i took seller's word on it. I later found out it was a centerfire gun (how you could confuse the two I have no idea. I can only assume deception was intentional to boost sale). email comm was unhelpful. did not care to make things right. |

| Comments: Gun was listed as NRA excellent. It certainly was not upon arrival. At best it would be rated fair. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but any knowledgeable person who knows guns would not rate a gun with cracked stock, cracked buttplate, cracked grip cap as NRA excellent. |

| Rebuttal: called me and i took 15 minutes going over rifle barrels with him he ended conversation saying it was exactly what he was looking for he wanted a gun to fix up this was perfect because it would not be real expensive he bought it did not like it then wanted money back he knew what he was getting |

| Comments: Transaction was smooth and swift delivery. Gun was not original.The cylinder had very visably been machined down to accept .45 ACP rounds with Moon Clip. Very Disappointing! The bore appears to be pretty good and lock up acceptable. Better off paying more from knowledgable dealer. |

| Comments: This is a Miroku 60's vintage o/u shotgun. I won the auction and contacted the seller. Apparently this brain trust decided that Miroku built shotguns for Browning and he has a Browning shotgun here. He decided to back out of the auction and list this as a browning shotgun in a new auction. Thanks!! |
