| Comments: Continuing from the M-37 20ga. which had it's buttstock broken and smashed beyond belief, why do we pay insurance? I am obviously quite upset and especially mad about the unrepairable damage to the M-37R's metal but, even moreso about UPS' lack of communication and responsibility. |

| Comments: Well it's been 3 months and all I get from the shipper and the people at UPS is a big run around about the damage these 2 shotguns received in shipping. Although packed together, they should have been able to withstand any unreasonable handling and, I will never understand what could have happened.. |
