| Comments: Seller asked me to retract bid so he can stop auction.Then stops it,changes ad to "rare"no longer for sale. Then I get email saying I won from AA.I email and he says cannot sell rifle. After inquiry to AA am told barrel was bulged. Explanation up front would have ended this with better feelings. |

| Rebuttal: I agree entirely had I of researched a better way of closing the item after I found that the barrel was bulged from lead build up I would have .I may have been a bit hasty but did not want further unwanted bids.and did not want to sell an item that was dangerous |
