| Comments: Liar. Gun was described as almost new but after I zoomed in on the pictures it was far from that. Scratches in the wood and there was a sling stud screwed into to Marlin bullseye which the seller did not show. No sense completing the sale and wasting $75 and sending it back to the seller. |

| Rebuttal: He just changed him mind and comes up with all kinds of reasons. He is a deadbeat and should be taken off the sight.He did not answer any of my many text, phone calls, and emails. The gun is beautiful. |

| Comments: Seller seems to expect next day payment. I messaged at auction end (Tues). 4 days later en-route to buy the money order, I notice a vmail from seller saying left negative FB and relisted claiming he hadn’t heard from me. Must be upset Gun went for min bid. Never seen it in 20 yrs on another site. |

| Rebuttal: I sent emails and left phone calls to call me and no responce.I have had to many deadbeats that bid and don't pay. If he was really interested in the gun he should have said I can get payment next week and I would be ok with that but no responce at all. |

| Comments: The rifle was Not as described. "Excellent Condition" does not include unmentioned handling marks in the stock nor, what appear to be steel wool scratchs all over the exposed part of the barrel. Nor a wornout safety and cheap front site peened in place. !!! CAVEAT EMPTOR !!! |

| Rebuttal: The rifle was as described. It said Remington sights added. Light handling marks which were very few. He never contacted me.I think he was upset because he sent a check and wanted me to send it right out. My add says postal money orders will be sent next business day,all others will be held 2 weeks. |
