| Comments: rifle was over 10 days past due and seller did not answer my 2 phone calls & 3 emails. I had to file a missing package report {something the seller should have done}. seller finally contacted me after he saw movement on usps site saying gun should show up. Very poor communication on sellers part. |

| Comments: I am leaving a Neutral feedback ONLY to receive a re-list credit. After examining the rifle first hand the buyer saw that the corrosion was more severe than he could determine from my close up pictures. He returned the rifle and I gladly issued a refund in the amount of the purchase price. |

| Comments: Was not aware of seller's fear of cashier's checks when I bid and sent him a VALID cashier's check. Tried to work with him by suggesting inter-bank check of validity, but he would not listen. Has to be his way only. Very commercially unsophisticated person. Avoid dealing with him is the best course |

| Rebuttal: I was burned with a home made cashiers check made on a computer. The bank cashed it and 10 days later it turned out to be no good. I only take Postal Money orders and so stated in the auction. He did not want to wate the two week for it to clear. Sounds like he was afraid it would bounce. |

| Comments: Item was as described. Seller was unprofessional and slow. He did not provide any information (FFL or picture ID) with gun for my dealer to log it in. |
