| Comments: Responded after auction end saying he had sold guns on another sight and would send payment after he collected for his sales. Week later says still doesn't have funds. Week later says HIS buyer is deadbeat. Would suggest in future don't bid if you can't pay. |

| Comments: Backed out of deal after realizing that he may get in trouble for dealing in firearms without having an FFL. Glad to see that you've been engaged in the business of dealing in firearms without an FFL and have discovered it to be illegal. |

| Rebuttal: I am a kitchen dealer who just does a little to supplement my retirement. With all the crap going on in Washington, an FFL is the last thing I want to be. Sorry for reneging on the deal but these politicians are going to kill the gun show by damn. |

| Comments: I met reserve on a trap gun at almost a $1000.00 and was the winner!! but when I contacted this man on where to send the money he informed me he had sold the gun to some one off the street be for the auction even closed!! My advice to you is don't do business with this person. |
