| Comments: Advertised as "1861 model, unmessed with" assume a correct gun, however; oval barrel bands, straight ramrod and stock with spoon retainer are model 1863's!! it's a PARTS GUN!!!! Made a reasonable offer within $100 of bid price. He can Go "stroke" himself! LEARN WHAT YOU SELL, OR DON'T SELL IT. |

| Rebuttal: This guy bids on my auction and was the winner. Contacted him with payment instructions and he e-mails me back an "offer" to pay less than the bid price. Apparently he doesn't understand that a bid is a binding contract. |
