| Comments: After 5 weeks all I got from this buyer was excuses as to why I had not received payment. I even agreed to accept a personal check but after 5 weeks still did not receive payment on a $300 item, only excuses. Not reliable. |

| Rebuttal: 5 weeks I had was gone hunting for 2 of them with no reply to my inqueries. Sorry it didn't work out as item was cheap,too cheap I fear so he cancelled deal and is reselling it. Tried to work it out.He balked again for more $ I believe. If anyone has a problem please contact for Ebay fdbk |

| Comments: I feel back about leaving a negative when he has such good feedback but have waited 2 months for payment and have emailed both through Auction Arms and direct. I don't know what else I can do. |
