| Rebuttal: Did not return phone calls or email after USPS tracking number confirmed delivery of payment in 2 days. Scopes were rolled together in bubbble wrap, nothing separating them from scratching each other inside box. I gave neutral stated truth. Arthur88 responds by giving me negative. Real class, not! |

| Rebuttal: Obviously Arthur88 did not like hearing the truth. I have receipt from USPS for money order and priority mail envelope with tracking # that shows payment received 2 days after auction closed. I also have phone record from my cell showing no return of phone calls. If I had room here I would post them |
