| Comments: Didn't have the money to complete the auction transaction, but offered to pay the auction fees to avoid negative feedback. Three weeks later and still no payment. We need a refund of our fees, threfore, negative feedback. Wasted three weeks of our time. |

| Rebuttal: This guy did not respond to my emails for about 2 weeks, so I bought another gun. I did offer to pay any fees he may have incurred. Instead he gave me Negitive feedback. |
