| Comments: COMPLAINED ABOUT SCRATCHES BEING ATEMPT TO REMOVE SERIAL NUMBER. SCRATCHES MENTIONED IN AD WERE ON NUMBER BUT NUMBER WAS CLEARLY VISABLE. REFUND GIVEN. EVERYTHING I SELL IS 100% GUARANTEED. INCLUDING SHIPPING. |

| Rebuttal: All I know is my FFL dealer had to call the ATF to make sure it was OK to transfer the gun. That makes it clear to me that something was wrong. Seller should have been more forthright. Gun returned immediately. |
