| Comments: I bid on two 15 round clips to be sent to my house in Oregon. I sent a bank money order. Seller refused to ship mags to Oregon because the M.O.was from a CA bank. Seller was also very slow to respond and frankly I think he just did not like the final price. |

| Rebuttal: The final price for the auction was $10 over the basic price. Patent , is an attorney and cannot read. He did not follow the instructions in the auction, as per form of payment expected, and it was clearly listed no Ca. sales but there were 2 references to Ca. residency in his corrospondence. |

| Comments: I received 1000 pieces of brass, not nickl and not tumbler polished. I had a friend living near seller pay. He paid $14 shipping. I bid because I needed brass that was presentable (already polished and nickle cases). |

| Rebuttal: THE AD READ BRASS AND NICKEL MIXED, HE WANTED 500 BUT SINCE HIS FRIEND WAS PICKING IT UP AT MY SHOP I GAVE HIM 1000 PCS. AND IT WAS TUMBLER POLISHED. PLUS HE NEVER TOLD ME HE WAS UPSET WITH THE TRANSACTION, I HAD TO FIND OUT THRU READING MY FEEDBACK. |
