| Comments: Advertised as a carbine, but is a cut down rifle. No FFL included in shipment, he said he would send one, but has not. Wanted his phone # so I could confirm return of rifle, but he would not provide phone # and has refused return, which is against AA rules. Buyer Beware! |

| Comments: Deadbeat Bidder!!! This guy was high bidder on two items which listed reasonable shipping fees. After winning bid refused to pay shipping. Looks like he has quite a few unhappy people re his transactions. |

| Rebuttal: Seller's shippping is overpriced. Wanted us to pay $18 per rifle (for 2 6 pound Carcanos) from Mass To New York. Emails were nasty and hung up on us. Has other Negatives regarding shipping on his feedback. |

| Rebuttal: This buyer neglects to mention his FFL was sent to the wrong address. and returned after 2 weeks. He wanted us to send the rifle w/o an FFL. NO WAY. Stay away from this buyer, he is impatient and is harassing and sends threats. |

| Rebuttal: The rifle had 20 PHOTOS OF IT. It was varnished & described in the auction. The NRA CONDITION VG was correct. He only voiced unhappiness after a similar rifle was on auction 1 month later. Theres a 3 day inspection period described in emails I send buyers. If your not happy you have to tell me! |

| Rebuttal: I felt the item was within the NRA description in addition to the quality of like make Italian made military rifles. Once I received the rifle back from this gentleman, the defects he described were not found on the rifle. He is entitled to his opinion and there are no hard feelings. |

| Comments: Oldrifles misrepresented the authenticity of an antique rifle's rod. He would accept just a return at my own shipping expenses. This may be OK by auction rules, but it causes the buyer to loose money over a misrepresented item. Buyer beware, he thinks you should pay for his mistakes. |

| Rebuttal: All descriptionsare made in good faith. He knew he had a 3 day inspection period. He did not like the cleaning rod and wanted compensation because he felt it was incorrect. He wanted me to refund shipping charges both to him and to return to me. I offered to pay only back to me. |
