| Comments: The service was good but the pistol does not function at all. Even after complete disassembly and thorough cleaning of all the operating parts and the magazine the pistol does not function. This is the second used Taurus Auto pistol I have purchased on Auction Arms that does not function. D. Ruckman |

| Rebuttal: And why did you not contact us about this? The gun was perfectly functional when shipped. They do have a lifetime warranty no matter the owner. Did you know that? Send it to them if you haven't screwed it up. |
