| Comments: He never shipped the gun... after 3 and a half weeks he agreed to ship.. what I got was a personal check.. I had paid with credit card.. the personal check would not clear the bank for "insufficient funds" told me many stories.. he is not to be trusted. I have no gun and a bad check. |

| Rebuttal: This guy is a dog. I had a tragedy in my family.This dog lied to me about him "going out of town" and I had to pay him wn 12 hours of the sale.I sent him a persnl check & it was cashed.I even sent him a statement which showed there was over 16K in the account.DO NOT BUT OR TRADE WITH THIS SOCIOPATH |

| Rebuttal: DBColt has submitted a libelous statement on me. I sent him the $ & he is currently sending it back. I have submitted my emails to GunAuction.com (btw DB & myself) & they have confirmed Feel free to contact my FFL broker 615-754-0000. He will confirm that I am legit. Shame on you DBCOLT! |
