| Comments: I sent this buyer an excellent condition functioning Colt Revolver as the photos in the aucton support. He returned it in a locked up non firing condition with a bent crane. Someone on the receiving end mishandled the gun. I refunded his money and have blocked him from bidding on my auctions. |

| Rebuttal: Received gun totally broken, & opened package in front of someone else.seller is a total liar- big time !! Blamed me for him breaking the gun & was very nasty on the phone.I am an FFL dealer & would accept what I did, if I had damaged his gun.bought hundreds of guns already & this is a 1st. |
