| Comments: Can't recommend Mr. Olsen as a customer. Mailed pmt 11/21, his dealer received rifle 12/9. UPS was not shipping 11/28-12/1 for Thanksgiving. Our store mgr. was in a bad car wreck 11/26. We put priority on shipping items over email, but gave him tracking # over the phone. |

| Rebuttal: Sorry to hear about your store managers accident, some things cant be helped. But like I said COMMUNICATION would have taken care of this. All you had to do is answer 1 of my emails, and let me know what was up. Thanks again. |
