| Comments: He verified this was a MILLED swivel.Sent a STAMPED one.After several inflammatory emails,I sent pictures of both.He doesn't care.Can return if I pay postage both ways,$7.50(for 1 ounce)plus return,$10 total.It's HIS error.Will resell.Very uninformed and RUDE.Said if I post negative FB,he will too. |

| Rebuttal: Part sent is MILLED (look at auction photo), & was accurately described! Buyer is suffering from buyers remorse because it is not "early" enough for his rifle. I will GLADLY accept a return (according to AA 3 day rule), but since it is NOT MY ERROR, I will not refund shipping! |

| Comments: According to receipts,mail was slow. FedEx was even slower, but when I asked Stosh if there was a problem,I received the most venemous and hateful diatribe one could imagine. I will pray for this person and he needn't worry about blocking my bids. He couldn't GIVE me anything else. |

| Rebuttal: MR SLOWPAY did not abide by auction terms & pay in time, then I got every excuse from the dog ate my homework to the checks in the mail! Then he has the audacity to complain that he did not receive item in a timely fashion, kit was shipped the DAY AFTER I received MR SLOWPAY's payment! |

| Comments: Beware of this seller. Refused to complete auction & legally send item to me in a state he dislikes. He is a disturbed individual who is very prejudice against certain gun owners because of their state of residence. He is a real embarrassment to gun owners in our country! |

| Comments: Grips were absolutely not "original" as described. Seller was unnecessarily rude when I tried to contact him to pay for the item (he answered his phone by saying, "This is a blocked number; what are you stupid!"). Unreliable and unprofessional. |

| Rebuttal: Grips ARE absolutely 100% ORIGINAL GI ISSUE, buyer NEVER attempted to return them (he had a three day inspection). WE DO NOT ACCEPT "BLOCKED" CALLS, and he was informed to "UNBLOCK" his line, 8 TIMES, he was VERY rude.WILL NOT transact with him again! |

I asked how he wanted to deal with situation or was I just screwed, he told me that "my attitude cost me $9" {Cost of screws}. I will NEVER deal with Stosh again. |

| Rebuttal: Bought a USED holster as is, claimed it was missing screws, but had such a POOR ATTITUDE that I could not work with him,I had spare screws that I would send no charge but insisted I refund $9.00 for 4 screws. This guy is looking for a discount! |

| Rebuttal: Item was relisted due to a late pay. Payment came in, Auction ended early, what is so hard with that it is AA rules. If bidder would have paid ON TIME item wuopld nat have been relisted. |

| Comments: This guy renigged on this auction that I won - he backed out saying that it was a non drop free mag and that is was worth $25 more because of it. That is a joke - DF mags are worth alot more than NDF mags and any one that knows Glocks knows that. |
