I discovered your gun was a reproduction gun and not a real ser. 70 - (made from 1970 to 1981) of course I won't buy the gun and I told you so--your gun was made in 2000 hicdog |

| Comments: Said gun would be shipped on Mon., did not ship til Thursday. Said she would refund excess shipping, but she has not, nor has she provided proof of shipping cost. Ad did not indicate that barrel was scuffed, nor that scope cap was broken. Inaccurate item description. |

| Rebuttal: If there was a problem with the firearm you are more than welcome to contact us at donna@tacsolarms.com. We only ship through our ffl. $25.00 is the transfer and the other $25 is for the shipping. If there is money left over you will receive it. |
