| Comments: Buyer beware! I would not do business with this seller. There are many good ones-advice: go elsewhere. He mis-described his item in a significant way and would do nothing to resolve the issue or compromise. He does not seem honest to me. Maybe he will be fair with you but why take the chance? |

| Rebuttal: This buyer attempted to use the three day rule as a bartering tool even after it expired. All he wanted was to get the rifle cheaper than he bid. |
