| Comments: Won auction, sold me more than product than was auctioned at my request, but on 26 Sep 01 mailed postal money order certified mail, still no product on 14 Oct 01. Says has problems with mail and out of town. Added postal insurance for product. |

| Rebuttal: I was out of town for a week due to a death in the family, my PO box filled with mail and the PO never notified me that they were holding other mail. I discovered the oversite a week later. I've asked the rest of the family to give me more notice before they check out!! |
