| Comments: Fast shipment. Gun looks excellent, but it leaks like a seive, and will not function. I will be out about $50 for repairs with my shipping back and forth to have this gun fixed to be shootable. I bought it as is, so have no recourse, seller stated it held gas and worked good. It does not work |

| Rebuttal: We offer an inspection / return period on ALL items. All you need to do is ask. However, once you begin to work on, or alter, or repair an item, it is yours. I dont know how more fair we can be with our customers. We have blocked this bidder from making future purchases. |

| Comments: A very fake and misrepresented item. 16" tin-alloy,chrome plated wall plaque sold as real sword. No e-mail from seller of payment received,traceable means of shipping or when item was sent. Seller refused to abide by any of AA's terms and conditions applying to sellers. |

| Rebuttal: This was a 15 dollar sword. If anyone would like to see the e-mails back and forth, just let me know. He was abusive and threatened us because we did not give him a good feedback the minute we recieved payment. We have blocked HARLAND from our auctions and would suggest that others do the same. |

| Comments: Item not as described, a very well used revolver with several of the cylinders dinged so badly a shell cannot be inserted or fired. Not one e-mail from seller through-out the whole auction of funds receved, item sent or traceable means when sent. |

| Rebuttal: Second bad feedback from this guy. Never even asked for return. He sent several abusive and threatening emails because we didnt give him a good feedback immediately upon reciept of payment. We answered him in a timely, professional manner. So now hes getting even. He is blocked from bidding again. |
