| Comments: The rifle is not as described. The bore is dark and rough. There is a non-factory hole drilled in the top of the frame above the chamber. The seller agreed to have the rifle returned for a refund. To date he has not provided a FFL for the return. He has not respond to e-mails or voice messages. |

| Rebuttal: Wife was supposed to mail out m.o.s for eight guns, she sent all but missed two,but I guess she slacked off sent last two late(she was pissed I bought guns),now I have two more negs on my acct. NEED NEW WIFE! By the way, he did get paid for this gun late and Im still waiting on pistol 05/6/14. |

| Rebuttal: Wife crashed our car, took all my cash to get it fixed, seller would not wait until next payday (2 weeks) to get paid for purchase. Sorry but it was out of my control. I have bought many guns on this and other sites with no problems. Sometimes shit happens welcome to Murphy's Law. Rob |
