| Comments: After winning auction and attempting to contact seller with numerous emails to exchange info and complete transaction, seller failed to reply for 11 days. Finally replied and stated he sold gun at unrelated consignment sale thereby reneging on contract and terms of auction. |

| Rebuttal: Received 1 e-mail 5 days after auction ended. 3 days after auction end, I had local offer on rifle. Sent e-mail same day. Next day, with no reply, sold rifle locally then went on job related travel. Upon return, finally received e-mail. Apologized but timing/circumstances forced quick decisions. |
