| Comments: I clearly state in all my auctions what the shipping will be. It is 25 dollars on handguns and 35 dollars on long guns period. Petit, PLease, Please in the future read and understand the sellers instructions, bid accordingly and be happy. |

| Rebuttal: Item was poorly packed, actual cost was $12.20, he charged $25.00. Seller put item in cardboard box with no protective packing material, package improperly labeled, I called seller, left message, he did not return call, e-mail response only refusing my overcharge request. Caveat emptor!! |

| Comments: Wanted an exc. gun, but bid and bought on one listed as fine. Complained of rust on gun I can't find. Ad states buyer pays shipping. Complained of not being reimbursed shipping when gun was returned. |

| Rebuttal: Rust - "reddish coating formed on iron when chemically attacked by moist air". Buyer does pay shipping when item is bought, this item was sent back for refund due to dissatisfaction during the three inspection period. Shipping costs both ways was not refunded. |
