| Rebuttal: i simply made a human mistake and relisted a part that i had previously sold on another auction..i,ve been seeling parts on this site for many years and i list hundreds of parts for auction on a regular basis and to the best of my knowledge this is the first time this has happened. |

| Comments: Bolt I bought arrived with a piece of the bolt body broken out. Problem was not visible from the photos posted. I asked for a refund and was accused of trying to return a broken part when I received a good part. The response from risingsun was aggressive and rude. Buy knowing junk can't return. |

| Comments: Purchased Winchester 1903 bolt assembly with firing pin. When recieved, firing pin was broken. Seller claims firing pin was inspected and in good condition when shipped. Claims I broke it on removal. DO NOT BUY from this seller. |

| Rebuttal: THE BOLT ASSEMBLY WAS INSPECTED BEFORE BEING SHIPPED AND THE FIRING PIN WAS NOT BROKEN WHICH MEANS HE BROKE IT TRYING TO INSTALL IT IN HIS RIFLE. |

| Comments: This seller has used profanity in emails and insults. He refused to sell the item after he had clarified the type of payment requested. This over a $12 item. He posted a negative feed back on me that is both defamatory and untrue! I would not do business with this person. |

| Comments: the package arrived empty. seller said i'd have to wait up to 2 months for a refund until he got his insurance money from the post office (like they aren't going to pay). in his e-mail, he called me a "crybaby" and said i had "half a brain" - real professional. buyer beware. |
