| Comments: Customer returned firearm as it didn't meet his expectations. He did it promptly and professionally. I would have no concerns in doing future business. I am posting as neutral simply to recoup sales fees and not as any other reflection on SENSHI. Thanks! |

| Rebuttal: Through no fault of mine the Dealer I wanted to use in my area (and there is only one) decided he was not going to Transfers any more. He said they were turning out to be a headache. |

| Rebuttal: I would not have sent the Luger back accept it was refinished and was advertised as a 96% Blue and all matching includeing the mag. Well it was all matching but refinished. I do not know any one who pay $1250.00 for that. |
