| Rebuttal: I take pride in providing Customer SERVICE to my fellow collectors. After shipping an order, I e-mail the UPS tracking #.CANNONMAN terms of sale state that HE charges $2 for the courtesy of shipment confirmation! Amazing! This dispute is about Customer SERVICE-and HIS lack of it. |
