| Comments: THIS WAS THE WORST TRANSACTION EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!!! POOR E-MAIL, NO RETURN PHONE CALLS, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND VERY SLOW TRANSACTION TIME. HE ALSO GAVE FALSE AND RETALIATORY FEEDBACK, INDICATING THAT I "REFUSED TO PAY." I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DM344 EVER AGAIN!! |

| Rebuttal: IF YOU WILL CHECK,I GAVE HIM POSITIVE FEEDBACK.I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PHONE CALLS AS HE WAS CALLING THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER. HE E-MAILED ME TO SEE IF I HAD RECEIVED HIS PAYMENT ONLY ONE DAY AFTER HE MAILED IT. I WILL NOT SELL TO HIM AGAIN. |
