| Comments: "Like new unfired"--hardly.Damage (not wear) to wood and metal.Obvious blackpowder residue made unfired impossible. Either deliberate misrep, total carelessness, or imcompetent.Hasn't offered a return but would be $30 with nothing to show.Use all caution here. |

| Comments: The weapon that was ordered, was misrepresented in the auction. I was expecting a "Like New" weapon and received a weapon with rust, inside & out. |

| Rebuttal: The pistol that I sent to Ken was a like new gun that I personally carried last year. My father actually purchased the weapon and can attest to the fact that the gun was in perfect shape in and out. If I had any thought that the gun was not as stated I would not have it on the auction. My father is a gunsmith and is well versed in gunsmithing, if I do have questions about a weapon I just ask and am confident that this one was in great shape. I am sorry that Ken has this challenge and I will continue to do what I know is best when describing the weapons I sell. I will not send junk as he is stating. I think that if you looked at the other auctions that I have run here and elsewhere over the last year you would see that I have a good reputation and aim to keep it!! |
