| Rebuttal: 11 years and we still haven't received our items!! Seller lost court case and is nowhere to be found. Court label this seller as an "Internet Scammer". |

| Rebuttal: The only thing in our defense is out e-Bay rating and in business since 1989 with an excellent D&B rating. As we have stated, the courts labeled this sell as an "Internet Scammer", which is very unfortunate for our auction communites. |
