| Comments: seems like he ran auction up higher than he wanted and then wanted me to send $20.00 back to him. he didn't want to send gun back, said it would cost too much..auction site says 3 days inspection or send gun back. |

| Rebuttal: The seller described the rifle as: "HAS THE ORIG. 5 RD WINCHESTER MAG. EXCELLENT WOODEN STOCK." In reality the magazine is an aftermarket and the stock had been repaired where the toe had chipped. I will not buy from this seller again. |
