| Comments: I think you misrepresented in stating the gun was in Excellent condition. I would have said Fine at best. So did my FFL. Sorry, but even though you sent the gun quickly, I just cant give you a positive feedback. |

| Rebuttal: auction said the gun was in excellent cond for a gun that old.Stated it had few light scratches nothing deep.If you knew anything about marlins you would have known that was a old gun since it did not have the cross bolt saftey.If you would have e-mailed you i would have refund 100%. |

| Comments: M-1 is import marked on barrel CDD CD-D DN DN PA.Seller said it was not an import. I have never seen an import mark like this. I emailed a few collectors and they have not seen this mark either.Gun is in good shape. SELLERS should know what they are selling. |

| Rebuttal: The gun was not listed as in excellent cond.I did list that it did have several scratches.That is why you got the rifle as cheap as you did.I rated this gun by nra ratings.The picture even showed scratches. |
