| Comments: Several weeks ago I bid on and won a few items from foxi.He replied via email by simply stating that"...I see you won some things-figure it up and send payment..."without recognizing the items,the amount due or method of payment and its cost.Feeling somewhat uncomfortable with his lack of recognition and attention to detail I asked for his phone number to finalize the deal.This is required under part 20 of Auction Arms Terms and Conditions if it is requested.foxi failed to respond and continued to send emails demanding payment.He had me confused with another user,did not know what items were in question,asked"...are you that guy from Oregon?"(I am not),etc.,etc.and claimed he was having computer problems and to top it off was traveling in the southern states for the winter and could not easily be reached by telephone.I replied that I had not yet received his telephone number as requested/required.Apparently realizing his negligence/mistake-5 weeks after the fact-he emailed me his telephone number.At about this time he chose to post a negative feedback on me!This is foxis' problem and the negative feedback is unwarranted and dishonest!foxi is a very confused and disorganized person and needs help in how to conduct business via Auction Arms.foxi is the one who didn't come through! BUYER BEWARE!!! |

| Rebuttal: I KEEP MY TRANSATIONS SHORT. TOLD HIM I HAD NEW LAPTOP PROBLEMS,TOLD HIM I WAS TRAVELING AND WAS HARD TO REACH. TOLD HIM TO ADD THE ITEMS HE WON ON THE AUCTION AND ADD S.H.AND WERE TO SEND THE M/O WHAT ELSE DOSE THE GUY WANT? |
