| Comments: Rifle not as described. No S marks on wood. Not in 95%+ condition. Overall about 75-80% at best on metal. Front sight protector bent. Wood stock refinished and with lots of marks. Rifle has seen alot of action somewhere.Pictures in auction are not representative of piece. |

| Comments: Seller posted the exact same pictures of the gun I won on another auction a few days later. I inquired - he claimed it was a different gun/different pics. Clearly not. I cancelled deal. He left bad feedback on ME! Buyer beware. |

| Rebuttal: "Cancelled" - defaulted - this auction because he claimed he did not like the pictures in ANOTHER auction! Obviously done as a temper tantrum. Highly unstable. Definitely avoid this one. |

| Comments: Re. 1895 mauser stock; The item pictured is not what I received. Listed as vy gd cond. and "NO DENTS or DINGS"; NOT EVEN CLOSE. It is in average 100 year old condition w/ many dents & dings, even has mold growing on it! |

| Rebuttal: Failed to answer 3 e-mails over 7 days - "called out of town". Changed n/f to neutral after he finally contacted me. He's the one who defaulted the auction, and he gives me n/f? Go figure! |
