| Rebuttal: I deserve this . I'm quick to ask for a good feedback and slow at best to give one. The pistol in question had issues I was unaware of. I should have examined this pistol closer when I received it. Cdoonut is a STANDUP buyer. He could have returned the firearm for a full refund and did not. |

| Comments: Pistol was advertised as new, was missing hammer part. Had to purchase a spring kit to enable the pistols safety function to operate.Otherwise shipping was top notch and seller was great to deal with. |

| Rebuttal: People that bring me firearms to sell for them rather dis-like when I fire them before I list them. The part was likely shipped from the factory missing and I would have gladly purchased the part for the purchaser had he asked or contacted me. |
