| Comments: It' s confusing dealing with this person, He has sent me an earlier e-mail stating that he has sent payment, but I never did get it. So I sent him the invoice for the second time (after more than 10 days of waiting). And he replied that he hasn't sent the payment bec. I didn't answer his question. |

| Comments: He was asking me if payment was received than telling me he would get payment out FedExed to me same excuse day after day, Herm does not commit to his purchases at least this one he has not, if you cant commit than don't buy it Herm....(F) dirt bag!! |

| Rebuttal: This seller is correct, money was promised and he did not receive, went to wrong seller of other item by mistake, but could not risk that much funds till I was sure of where my money was, he has a right to be calling me a dirt bag on this one, sorry to all |
