| Comments: I hate to post negative feedback about anybody,but sometimes you have to. I ordered an item from auto-gal that supposedly got lost in the mail. They even sent me a form to file a claim with the U.S. Post Office. Fine, I feel they are concerned and are actually trying to help me. After two months + of having not received anything either from auto-gal or the post office I feel I must post this. Probably too late but better late than never. I have e-mailed auto-gal three times with no response at all. While I understand that they are not responsible for the mail some more cooperation than I was given is necessary. |
